Est. 1991 · General Santos City
I represent individuals and enterprises across the Philippines in civil litigation, criminal defense, and arbitration — with the discretion of a solo practice and the resolve of trial counsel.
Every client works directly with me from intake to resolution.
I build every brief and record as if it will be tested at the highest level.
Sensitive matters are handled with strict confidentiality and care.
Practice
Disciplined representation for contract disputes, property actions, collection suits, and damages claims from pre-trial to final judgment.
Unwavering defense at every stage — from custodial investigation and bail hearings to trial and appellate review.
Discreet, efficient resolution of commercial and construction disputes before Philippine and international tribunals.
Structured, confidential facilitation that helps parties reach durable, binding agreements without the strain of litigation.
Balanced counsel for employers and employees on workplace disputes, employment contracts, labor arbitral proceedings, and regulatory compliance.
Forward-thinking guidance on data privacy compliance, cybercrime matters, e-commerce law, and digital intellectual property disputes.
About the Practice
Torres Law Office was founded in 1991 by my father, Atty. Edwin E. Torres. I took up the practice with the same conviction: that clients deserve counsel who treats their matter as my own. Decades on, that conviction still shapes every brief I file and every hearing I appear at.
I remain intentionally selective. Every client works directly with me. Every case receives undivided attention.
“Justice is not delivered by volume. It is delivered by preparation.”
My Approach
Every representation begins with a private, unhurried conversation. I take the time to understand not only the facts but what a good outcome would mean for you.
I build the record I would want to defend on appeal — meticulously, and without cutting corners. Preparation is my first and most durable advantage.
Whether in a courtroom, an arbitral tribunal, or across a negotiating table, I advance your position with clarity, restraint, and unwavering resolve.
